Martin Bencher operates a structured Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System, which describes our policies, processes and practice for the continual development, review and improvement for our way to operate. Our aim is to be a first class freight forwarder and ensure that our customers’ requirements are met, with focus on ‘delivery on time’, safety and environment.
Martin Bencher´s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Policy is valid for all the Martin Bencher offices worldwide and will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed and, if necessary, revised in the light of client expectations, legislative or organizational changes.
Martin Bencher shall always have customer’s needs, wishes and requirements at the centre of operation. With this as the core, we shall provide our customers with a service of the highest quality, keeping our customers satisfied and thereby, secure long-term partnerships between Martin Bencher Group, our customers as well as our suppliers.

Martin Bencher Group is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of its employees. The aim is to avoid any injury and ill health of our employees and other persons under the control of Martin Bencher.
Martin Bencher seeks to ensure the safety of persons who may be affected by our activities including sub-contractors and the general public. Martin Bencher will ensure that statutory duties are met at all times. Martin Bencher works proactively to prevent injury and ill health as a part of our continuous improvement on health and safety. Each employee will be given such information, instruction and training as is necessary to enable the safe performance of work activities. It is the duty of management to ensure that all processes and systems of work are designed to take account of health and safety and are properly supervised at all times.
Adequate facilities and arrangements will be maintained to enable employees and their representatives to raise issues of health and safety. Competent people will be appointed to assist in meeting statutory duties including, where appropriate, specialists from outside the organization. Every employee must co-operate with Martin Bencher Management to enable all statutory duties, meaning both internal procedures and local legislation to be complied with. The successful implementation of this policy requires total commitment from all levels of employees; from the boardroom to the site.
