BLIGH BANK PHASE II

From February to September 2016, Martin Bencher delivered project management, HSSE management, site management as well as project transport from Vietnam to Belgium for the Bligh Bank Phase II project. Martin Bencher was also responsible for the build-up and running of the site at Marshalling Harbor, Belgium.

The project consisted of 50 Transition pieces, 50 External platforms, 1 TP offshore high voltage station, and 1 Girder. In total, approx. 60.000 cbm.

At the busiest time in Marshalling Harbor, there were up to 65 workers on the jobsite. More than 1200 HSSE inductions were performed, more than 200 toolbox meetings were organized, more than 170 inspections were done, and approx. 2000 pages of documentation were filed.
